Although patch 1.11 changed the requirements to build Tanya as she used to be over powered, you can still use this unit to your advantage. First off, tale a look at the following detailed info about Tanya:

有了这个东西，谭雅可以随便回到几秒前的位置，用这个办法可以躲过维和轰炸机，也可以用来恢复生命值逃命。要发动时空腰带按F就可以了（你在侮辱我们的智商吗？！）然后会进入30S的冷却时间。
Defense Bureau has become a requirement to build Tanya since patch 1.11. So, if you decide to build this unit, make sure you counter-scout for as long as possible since Defense Bureau is an obvious hint for your opponent to get ready before you can surprise him.
防卫局（高科）在1.11后成为了谭雅的必要条件，自然你要训练这个单位必须先造好它。确认你的反侦察手段到位，不然对手看到高科就会开始提防谭雅，这样就不能奇袭了。

. Tanya Drop
Using Tanya in an army may not be as helpful as the other two commandos. She's most powerful when in enemy's base. It can sometimes turn the game totally in your favor.
But how do you send her al the way to your opponent's base? The Century Bomber is among the best choices since it can fly and hence your opponent will not have much time to get ready to counter Tanya.
把谭雅混在部队中冲锋当然不如娜塔莎百合子好用，谭雅冲进敌人基地才是最强的。你操作的好的话一个谭雅就可以彻底扭转战局。
不过怎么让她冲进敌人家呢？用世纪轰炸机最好，因为可以摸着把她扔进对手基地打他个措手不及。
When you reach your opponent's base, do not order the Century Bomber to attack anything before dropping Tanya. Century Bomber cannot simultaneously drop bombs and Tanya! You'll need to first press F to drop Tanya and then target a structure or unit with your bomber.
伞降
你的谭雅接近敌人基地后，千万别用世纪轰炸机没扔谭雅先轰一轮，世纪投弹使不能伞降！你要先扔谭雅在开始炸远点的地方的建筑。
Distraction
Distraction is the key for a successful Tanya Drop surprise attack. Here's an example shown in 2 screen-shots:

If look you at the mini-map you will see that the Bullfrogs and MiGs (marked with a red circle) were moved in the water to stop the pretend Cyrocopter/Vindicator combo from taking out Ore Collectors. While the Soviet player was focused on that, the Century Bomber with Tanya inside was sneaked behind his base (marked with a blue circle.)

The Tanya Drop itself!
谭雅降临
If you're going for a non-air Tanya strike while you don't have an Airbase already, building Tanya would take even longer for you since the Airbase is a requirement to build the Defense Bureau. Think wisely before making Tanya and make sure this long delay won't hurt you. With this in mind, take a look at the other two tactics below.
机场是个碍事的
如果没有了机场，你想不用空军一样打谭雅牌时，要造谭雅很慢，毕竟高科要机场才能建。想清楚到底有没有必要搞那么久就为了出个谭雅，这么想下去，你可以试试下面两种策略。
Now this can be done in two different ways, either without or with a Cyrocopter's Shrink Ray ability. The Cyrocopter Shrink Ray ability on a Tanya IFV combination works best on 2vs2 maps or 1vs1 large sized maps. Just like the Tanya Drop, you should be distracting your opponent while sneaking this baby into some unprotected areas of your opponent's base. Be very careful with your shrunk IFV as it would be very vulnerable to any sort of attack; even a few shots from an enemy unit can waste the $2800 you paid for this combo.
When you're driving towards the area you chose to bomb and you see a Tesla Coil, Spectrum Tower or a Wave-Force Tower do not back off. Drive the IFV as close to the defensive structure as possible and quickly get your Tanya out and bomb it. Maybe your IFV will die but your Tanya will still be alive and ready to rock your opponent's base! See the following demo:

现在还有两种好办法。而且有没有冷冻支援都可以。如果有，你可以用谭雅IFV缩小后冲进敌人基地。就想空降一样。这种办法在22地图或者11大地图上比较好用。引开你敌人的注意力，然后让谭雅酱溜进别人基地没防御的地方，当然要小心你脆皮的IFV别挂了。敌人随便捡个什么东西打你几下你就赔了2800了..
couple of IFVs and Tanya inside one of them can also be useful; especially when you don't have the air control. IFVs move fast and can help protect your Tanya against air units such as Twinblades. Once you see your Tanya is under attack, you can simply put her in one of your healthy IFVs to travel her to the next target or escape if necessary.
早多点IFV，然后在其中一个里放谭雅也有用。特别是你失去制空权时。IFV可防空，跑的也快，这样被双刃之类的盯上不至于直接送命，要是谭雅车被打，马上让她下车换乘便是。
3.Tanya Shield
Tanya might not be as useful as Yuriko or Natasha when mixing a commando into your main striking force. But since people seem to be afraid of commandos of any kind, and they do almost everything to take them out! That means the rest of your force won't be touched until your commando is dead. Use this to your advantage and use Tanya as a living meat shield! With Tanya's secondary ability, she can last even longer. For example, if you're striking your enemy with a couple of Mirage Tanks and a Tanya and see 4 Vindicators coming for her, you just have to wait till you see the Vindicator bombing and then press the F key to active her Timebelt before the bomb actually hits her!
肉盾谭雅打法
前面提到谭雅对其他部队支援不如娜塔莎和百合子。话这么说敌人还是会怕特种兵的。还是会不惜一切去先铲除她。这就是说她死之前其他部队的安全就有了暂时的保证。利用对手这个心态（老外也知道SUHO的红血DK理论啊）让谭雅利用F技当肉盾，只要她活得够久，你的脆弱盟军T3地面部队就可以造成恐怖伤害！比如，让谭雅跟幻影组合时发现四维和过来了，就马上在投弹瞬间按F可以捡回一条命。

还想玩的更漂亮，你可以用小雅！
With the Allied Tier 3 artillery vehicle Athena Cannon, you can last even longer with your Tanya by using the Aegis Shield when any units are trying to strike.
用盟军T3的攻城武器小雅，可以用神盾让谭雅活的更长，同时让其他部队趁机反击
（怕死建议再带上驱逐舰和冷冻，这样就基本横扫对手了，不过不需要谭雅....）
